Levels 2–10 compete in sanctioned USA Gymnastics meets throughout the season, with opportunities to advance to regional and state championships.
Bronze through Diamond compete in USA Gymnastics Xcel meets — a fun, flexible competition format for athletes who love competing without the rigidity of compulsory routines.
Our recreational team hosts In House Meets right here at Mid Island — a great introduction to competition in a supportive, low-pressure environment!
